Works of whimsy

Oxford St’s Project Gallery 90 has launched painter Kevin Low’s Everything Matters exhibition.

The artist describes his whimsical works as capturing “a place where odd flowers thrive in the vivid landscapes of fairytales … There are no great battles, no epic scale. In this world there can be a story in a bent blade of grass.”
