Moon jars at Fineworks Gallery

Moon Jar Exhibition ‘a chromophoric experiment’ by Kimwoochang is showing now at the new Fineworks Gallery on Paddington St.

The ceramics exhibition features the artists white-hued pieces which are reminiscent of the moon.

“I wanted to blend my Korean heritage and the spirit of the moon jars through a perspective of the variations of what I considered the Australian whites,” the artist says.

The free exhibition runs daily (closed Sundays) until July 2.

The show follows a beautiful bonsai exhibition held in the space in May.
