Padre readies to launch ‘concept outlet’

It is being described as “the first of its kind for Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs — a multi-purpose coffee concept store, serving barista-made coffee and pastries, along with a retail section, espresso blends, home-brewing equipment and a dedicated coffee training and education space.”

So expect big things when Padre Coffee Sydney opens at Five Ways shortly.

The outlet is due to launch in June but news has started filtering though about what’s brewing behind closed doors.

“Padre Coffee Sydney will also offer educational and interactive events for coffee enthusiasts and casual sippers alike, designed to take drinkers from bean-to-cup for a unique coffee experience.”

The Melbourne brand has already expanded to Noosa, with this its first Sydney store.

“Sydneysiders are well-known for taking their coffee seriously,” says Padre’s Ben White.

“And so are we. We’re excited to continue to grow and share the Padre Coffee vision and brand.”

We’ll let you know the opening date when we have it.
